Pricing management documentation
The Price entity, also referred to Price Engine in BEES, is responsible for receive and calculating all the logics involved in setting a price to a product with the goal of making the price visible to the customer in the BEES Application.
Price has a lot of flexibility, in which a partner is capable to embed within the final price taxes, discriminate each tax type and displays a break down of it to the user. Also, within the price it is also possible to add charges to a specific product.
All of the essential attributes and properties within the price will be covered in detail throughout this document.
It is important to notice that Price works at product level, for instance, the taxes and charges mentioned above must be associated to a given product.
