In BEES there are some advanced features that has the purpose of engaging and maximizing the experience of the customers. One substantial feature is the Algo Selling which contains several modules throughout the BEES Application.

The Algo Selling with its modules are responsible of analyzing the historical behavior of the point of consumption (POC) and then presenting products options that will match the current habits that this customer has within BEES.

It is important to emphasize that for Algo Selling modules to work properly and have adequate engagement and accuracy it is necessary to share with BEES the historical data (52 weeks) of new POCs in advance, so BEES can run and train the modules with the ultimate goal for POCs to have customized experience since day one in BEES.

Currently there are three main modules within the Algo Selling:

  • Quick Orders

  • Cross Sell (Upsell)

  • Forgotten Items

All modules will be explained below in more details, including the page that there were shown as well as the purpose of each one.

Quick Order

Quick Order is an essential Algo Selling module because it is one the first feature that usesr will view an interact with as soon as they enters in the BEES Application.

Quick Order has the purpose of recommending products based on the POC shopping history, offering a quick and selective list of products through the Home Page based on transaction data. In addition to showing the products, the Quick Order module also suggests the quantity of each product that POCs are usually buying.
