Definition:

Another key factor in which the account entity is important is because some information that is sent in this entity is automatically displayed in the BEES Application to the user.

Therefore, in the first image is demonstrated a list of POCs that this user has access to, and although it may vary per country, what is being displayed in this list is the name and the government identification. Once the user clicks on the desired POC, they would be able to go the My Account Info page.

The My Account Info page also states information contained in the account entity. As we can see in the second image, the information displayed in the account number, is derived from the accounntId field. On top of that, BEES also is able to display the Sales Representative name, phone number as well as other fields such as liquor license or other license to purchase products.

The page also contains shortcuts for the user to access more information for that respective POC, a quick definition of the options demonstrated above is described below:

• Invoice List → user is able to view the invoices for that specific POC;

• Orders List → user can view the entire list of orders placed for that POC;

• Credit → view and analyze the amount of credit available as well as how many credit is already consumed;

• Help & Support → user is able to open support requests, as well as follow the opened tickets resolution for that specific POC.

There are more shortcuts options, however, the most important ones are emphasized above.
