Items management documentation
In BEES, the Items entity is responsible to receive all information regarding a product. In BEES items are also referred to as SKU, or vendorItemId. The Items MS contains several attributes that can be populated and the some of the most important fields are the name, image, description and the container and package information. The most important attributes stated above, along with additional attributes will be covered in more detail in this document.
It is important to emphasize that having a product registered on Items MS does not necessarily makes it available on the BEES Application, specially because there are other factors that are taken into consideration to make a product available for purchase, such as Inventory, Pricing and Assortment.
